Job Title: NICE CXone Architect

Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled NICE CXone Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based contact center solutions using NICE CXone. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and design end-to-end solutions using NICE CXone platform.
Build and optimize IVR scripts, routing flows, and ACD configurations.
Integrate NICE CXone with CRMs, databases, and third-party systems.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Create documentation for designs, integrations, and configurations.
Required Skills:
Proven experience with NICE CXone (formerly inContact) platform.
Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, ACD, IVR, and Omnichannel Routing.
Experience with Studio scripting, Workforce Management (WFM), and Quality Management (QM).
Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
NICE CXone certifications.
Experience in large-scale cloud contact center deployments.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM tools.
Background in telecom, customer service, or IT consulting environments.
