MongoDB Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Developer with 5+ years of hands on expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing MongoDB based solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in NoSQL database , performance tuning, and integration with backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement MongoDB database schemas and structures optimized for scalability and performance
Strong proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL database management best practices
Develop and optimize queries, indexes, and aggregation pipelines for complex data scenarios
Integrate MongoDB with applications built in Node.js, Python, or Java
Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless database interaction and data integrity
Monitor performance and apply database tuning techniques using relevant tools
Optimize read/write operations, especially in high volume and large scale datasets
Implement data security, backup, and replication strategies (including MongoDB Atlas if applicable)
Work with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to automate database deployment and migration processes
Participate in code reviews, data model validation, and documentation efforts
Strong problem solving, debugging, and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Good to Have:

Experience with MongoDB Atlas, replica sets, sharding, and backups
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools for database environments
