Job Description:
- We are seeking a consultant to join our Ads Product Marketing team.
- This role will focus on driving customer adoption and growth through targeted email and performance marketing initiatives.
- The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in email marketing and a data-driven mindset to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute email marketing campaigns (segmentation, targeting, execution, reporting).
- Leverage customer behavior data to identify opportunities, build targeted lists, and deliver prescriptive messaging.
- Partners with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Go-to-Market) to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Develop and optimize performance marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, making ongoing data-driven optimizations.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in email and performance marketing with proven results.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management, reporting, and optimization.
- Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem (publisher-side preferred).
- Industry background in media, news, entertainment, gaming, or app publishers.
- Exposure to lifecycle marketing as a broader benchmark.
