RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Deerfield, IL that is seeking a Technical Analyst responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Technical Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
* Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities
* Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies
* Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience
* Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML
* Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools
* Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
