Position: Salesforce FSL Lead/Architect
Location: Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA
Implementation Partner: TCS
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, high-performance FSL solutions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to define field service processes.
- Customize and configure FSL components (scheduling, dispatching, service appointments, mobile app, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and admin teams.
- Ensure solution integrity, compliance with Salesforce best practices, and seamless user experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Salesforce platform and FSL architecture.
- Strong understanding of service operations, field workforce processes, and mobile solutions.
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Field Service Consultant, Application/System Architect.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
