Role Title: Change Manager- Oracle Finance
Duration: 12/31/2026
Preferred Location: Remote with travel as needed to NY (they need to be open to monthly travel)
Role Description:
We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to support an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation, with a strong focus on Oracle General Ledger. This role will partner with finance and technology teams to drive adoption and support business readiness across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead change management activities for an Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
- Support adoption of Oracle, with emphasis on General Ledger processes.
- Drive stakeholder communications and user engagement.
- Develop and deliver training for finance and business users.
- Partner with finance teams to translate system changes into business impacts.
- Actively gather and act on feedback to improve user experience, training, and adoption strategies.
Requirements:
- Expertise/experience with Oracle Financials - especially around core GL
- 5+ years of experience in change management roles.
- Proven experience implementing change in complex environments
- Strong OCM communication, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Change management certification is a plus but not required. We don't need someone who understands ADKAR, but needs to have actual experience implementing change
