Job Details

Title: Project Coordinator Location: Simi Valley ( Hybrid: 3-5 days a week) Duration: 3-6 months with potential for conversation

Core Competency:

  • Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes
  • Facilitate development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion
  • Monitor all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials
  • Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures
  • Attend project meetings and take notes
  • Maintain and update budgets as project progresses
  • Advise staff on adherence to set budgets and project schedule
  • Collaborate on project presentations
  • Analyze project data and produce progress reports

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of project management discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Access)
  • Microsoft Project proficiency
  • Extremely organized and focused
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Propensity for multi-tasking
  • Deadline driven
  • Foster positive and productive client relationships

Education/Experience:

  • Associate or bachelor s degree required
  • 2+ years proven experience as a project administrator or in similar management role.
