As the Senior Product Owner for our greenfield product, you will be responsible for
driving the strategy, vision, and execution from scratch. You will collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative features that align with business
goals and user needs. This is a unique opportunity to shape product's future and make an
impact from the very beginning, working as the sole product lead within a dynamic team.

responsibilities:
- Develop and Own the Product Vision: As the sole product lead, you will define and
own the product vision, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user needs. You will be
responsible for creating a compelling product roadmap and guiding its strategic direction
from inception to delivery.
- Manage the Product Backlog: Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing work
to ensure the team is focused on the most impactful features. You will define and
communicate product requirements, ensuring a clear, actionable backlog that drives
progress in alignment with the product vision.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, and
other key departments to execute the product vision. As the only product person on the
team, you will serve as the key point of contact for product decisions, ensuring that the
entire team is aligned and informed.
- Lead Product Discovery: Take the lead on understanding user needs and gathering
insights. Through user research, competitive analysis, and market trends, you will define the
core features and functionality required to build a successful product from the ground up.
- Drive the Product Development Process: Lead the product development cycle from
ideation to execution. Plan and execute sprints, ensuring that the development team has a
clear understanding of the priorities and goals. Be the voice of the user throughout the
process, ensuring the team stays aligned with product goals.
- Measure Product Success: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the
success of the product, including user adoption, engagement, and overall impact. Use
data to inform decision-making and optimize the product for continued growth and
success.
- Navigate Uncertainty in a Greenfield Environment: As this is a greenfield product,
you will be working in an environment that requires a high degree of adaptability and
decision-making with limited existing frameworks. You will need to be comfortable
working in a highly dynamic setting and capable of shaping product direction with
minimal prior guidance.
- Ensure Continuous Improvement: Lead the team in refining and iterating on the
product based on ongoing feedback, performance metrics, and evolving user needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile development.

- Proven Product Ownership Experience: 5+ years of experience in product ownership,
with a strong track record of delivering successful products. Experience with greenfield
products is highly desirable.
- Strategic Vision and Execution: Strong ability to define product strategy and execute on
that vision in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Experience taking products from
concept to launch and iterating based on feedback.
- Self-Starter with Leadership: Ability to lead product development as the sole product
lead on a cross-functional team. Strong sense of ownership and accountability for product
outcomes.
- Analytical and Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and
user feedback to make informed decisions. Experience defining and tracking KPIs and
product metrics.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Deep understanding of user needs, with a commitment to
delivering exceptional user experiences. Skilled in conducting user research and
leveraging insights to guide product development.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with
the ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at
all levels of the organization.
- Adaptable and Agile: Comfort in navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing
priorities. Experienced in working within Agile frameworks and managing the full
product lifecycle.
- Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of the software development process,
including collaboration with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality
execution.
