Job Description:
We re hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience in bridging business needs with technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering requirements, improving business processes, and driving system enhancements in Agile and cross-functional environments.
Key Skills:
- BA Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Visio, MS Office
- Docs & Methods: BRD, FRD, User Stories, Agile/Scrum, SDLC
- Data Skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI / Tableau
- Domain Exposure: ERP/CRM (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, process mapping
Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document business & system requirements
- Bridge between business and technical teams
- Lead workshops, UAT, and gap analysis
- Support implementation of enterprise solutions
- Recommend process and system improvements
