If you re a Senior Developer with technical leadership experience, and you're looking for a mostly remote role with a smart, collaborative team, this could be a great fit.
This is a full-time, permanent remote position where you ll help drive the development of critical applications and backend services. You ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design and implement secure, high-performance software. You ll play a key role in shaping the product roadmap, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and product direction across new and existing systems
- Define and refine requirements and user stories with Project Managers and stakeholders
- Design and develop using C#/.NET Core, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Entity Framework
- Build and maintain APIs using Command Query Responsibility Segregation and cloud-native architecture
- Participate in Agile processes and drive continuous team improvement
- Apply TDD practices and implement unit testing (XUnit preferred)
- Contribute to DevOps workflows including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Support architecture planning
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software development using C#/.NET Core
- Strong experience with SQL, JavaScript, and secure API development
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, MSMQ, etc.
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Agile development experience using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Bonus points for cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
