eAutomate Technical Lead

Position: eAutomate Technical Lead
Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)
Duration: Fulltime

Job Description:
Proven experience as an eAutomate Technical Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
Deep understanding of eAutomate architecture, modules, and functionality, including but not limited to inventory management, service contracts, billing, and reporting.
Proficiency in eAutomate customization and scripting languages, such as VBScript and SQL, for workflow automation and customization.
Experience with eAutomate API integration and web services development.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers and analysts, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Knowledge of managed print services (MPS) industry and related technologies is a plus.
