- We are seeking an experienced IT Facilities Project Candidateager to oversee and lead complex infrastructure and construction-related IT initiatives.
- This role will focus on planning, coordination, and execution of projects involving IT infrastructure such as low voltage cabling, AV, MDF/IDF, network setups, and related systems.
- The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and multitasker with a background in managing IT construction and facilities projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Requirement/Must Have:
- 10 to 15 years of IT Project Candidateagement or PMO experience in Waterfall and Agile environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale IT Facilities Projects.
- Experience with low voltage cabling, Audio Visual implementations, MDF & IDF infrastructure, Network setups, and Cell DAS implementation.
- Skilled in vendor coordination and budget management.
- Strong communication skills for working in dynamic, fast-paced technical environments.
- Ability to drive project planning sessions and prioritize work based on ROI and business value.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project dashboards.
- Familiarity with CAD Viewer, Visio, Bluebeam, and Lucidchart.
- Able to produce concise and insightful dashboards and executive reports.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving decision-making across departments.
- Experience with IT project tool ecosystems and driving PM maturity and discipline.
- Experience:
- Experience using Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Experience defining and communicating change schedules and freeze calendars.
- Candidate'story of managing demand pipelines and prioritizing IT Facilities projects effectively.
- Comfortable in construction and infrastructure-heavy project environments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project meetings, manage action items, and maintain communication records.
- Candidateage and track multiple project streams while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Deliver integXXd dashboards and reporting to executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute project schedules, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
- Contribute to IT project management tool deployment and adoption.
- Build clear business cases demonstrating ROI and value for IT Facilities investments.
- Provide input for demand planning and project intake for the IT Facilities portfolio.

Qualification and Education:
- PMP and Agile certifications preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
