Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the support team to support application on Manhattan Active. Work closely with CoE to establish good understanding of warehouse improvements and support. Configure and customize WMS to fit into customer requirements. Troubleshoot issues and suggest fix to Manhattan team. Provide support during business hours and warehouse hours.

Generic Managerial Skills:

Managing the team for shifts, weekend activities.
