Job Description:
Pay Range: $58hr - $61hr
Responsibilities:
- XXgn, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter for both UI and API workloads.
- Lead performance testing activities across large, complex systems, including workload modelling, test execution.
- Conduct detailed performance analysis and reporting, identifying key bottlenecks in applications, infrastructure, and databases.
- Use Dynatrace for end-to-end monitoring, diagnostics, and real-time performance insights during load tests.
- CollaboXX with development, infrastructure, and network teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
- Define and implement performance test stXXgies and plans based on project requirements.
- Good understanding of test data management, CI/CD pipelines, and automation of performance tests.
- Good to have knowledge or exposure to chaos engineering and practices for resilience testing is a plus.
- Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear recommendations.
- 10+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and good knowledge of test execution in distributed environments.
- Expertise in analysing performance results and monitoring using Dynatrace.
