Description
Our client is preparing for a major Epic implementation across its enterprise, impacting over 60,000 users across two go-live waves. As the organization moves into go-live readiness, it is seeking a Senior Epic Radiant Analyst to support radiology workflows, with a strong emphasis on interventional radiology, system integration, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and optimization of the Epic Radiant module, with a primary focus on interventional radiology workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, Epic analysts, and technical teams to ensure alignment on system design and implementation.
- Support go-live readiness activities including cutover planning, testing rehearsals, and training support for radiology users.
- Assist in interface development and integration between Epic Radiant and third-party imaging systems.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with Epic certification standards and our client's internal protocols.
- Provide regular updates to project leadership on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Epic Radiant certification is required.
- Strong experience with Epic Radiant, particularly in interventional radiology.
- Experience with interface development and integration of imaging systems.
- Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools and reporting is a plus.
- Proven success supporting large-scale Epic implementations and go-lives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently in a Hybrid environment and travel on-site as needed
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr.
