Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of financial processes in Oracle Fusion ERP. As the Finance Architect, you will leverage your deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials to ensure that the solution is aligned with business goals, accounting standards, and industry s best practices. You will work closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and robust financial systems that support end-to-end financial management, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Financial Reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand financial business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and robust Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Develop architectural solutions that align with business needs and Oracle Fusion Financials best practices, ensuring flexibility for future business growth and changes.
  • Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise (SME) on Oracle Fusion Financials, ensuring that the solution is designed with the best practices in mind.
  • Lead the integration of Oracle Fusion Financials with other modules like Procurement, Supply Chain Management, HCM and other third-party systems.
  • Design and implement financial workflows and business rules to optimize accounting processes and ensure alignment with financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Oversee the configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring the solution is tailored to meet the needs of the business.
  • Provide guidance and leadership on the data migration strategy for financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) and financial reporting regulations.
  • Design and lead the implementation of financial reporting frameworks, including standard reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting, using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
  • Work with the IT team to ensure that Oracle Fusion Financials integrate smoothly with enterprise-wide systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data across all systems.
  • Perform a leadership role in change management processes related to Oracle Fusion Finance implementations, including user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Financials updates, features, and best practices, and recommend upgrades or new features to improve system performance and functionality.

Essential Skills

  • 10 to 14 years of work experience in ERP solutions, with at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and architectural design, including integrations with other Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
  • Minimum 4 end to end Oracle Fusion implementation project experience.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials configuration, data migration, and integration strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle reporting tools for designing and implementing financial reporting solutions.
