Role: Windows Admin/SME
Location: San Jose, CA - Onsite
Hire Type: Fulltime - Permanent

" Management and troubleshooting of Windows OS, ensuring optimal system performance and security.
" Oversee OS Imaging processes using Operating System Deployment (OSD) and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
" Develop and manage Task Sequences for efficient software deployment and updates.
" Utilize SCCM for device management and Intune for BYOD environments, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
" Implement and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce network policies and configurations.
" Administer Microsoft Defender for robust endpoint security and manage a comprehensive password management solution.
" Maintain and update Active Directory, ensuring accurate user and computer records.
" Conduct rigorous testing of hardware and software standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
" Design and implement new Standard Operating Environments (SOE), focusing on user needs and organizational goals.
" Consider architectural and strategic aspects for enhancing the end-user computing experience.
Technical Experience:
" Expertise in managing various versions of Windows OS.
" Proficient in OS Imaging with OSD and MDT, and adept in creating and managing Task Sequences.
" Skilled in using SCCM for deployment and management tasks; proficient in Intune for modern management.
" Ability to design and implement effective SOE, considering user needs and technological advancements.
" Strong experience with GPOs and Microsoft Defender for security.
" Knowledgeable in managing a robust password management solution.
" Solid understanding of Active Directory and its role in user and network management.
" Experience in testing hardware and software to maintain organizational standards.
" Strategic thinker with a focus on architectural considerations for end-user computing infrastructure.
" Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, JIRA for ticket management.
