UIPath Platform Support Engineer (Onsite - Denver, Colorado)

 

We are looking to hire a candidate with the skills sets mentioned and experience for one of our clients within the health insurance industry. This is a Longterm contract with potential for extension. It is an Onsite role to Denver, Colorado. Thus, local candidates preferred.

*This is a strictly onsite role remote or hybrid options are not available.

Position Summary/Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness for the UiPath Platform whether on premise, or in the cloud.
  • Define and implement the best practices for the CI/CD processes.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness for the CI/CD pipelines.
  • Help design the To-Be state of automations and assist in the creation of the Solution Design Document (SDD).
  • Help set up UiPath environments and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.
  • Support UAT and deployments of automations to production and between environments.
  • Setting up new UiPath environments for the clients (including UiPath Orchestrator, DC, Dameware, And VMs).
  • Supporting RPA setup and configurations on a client server model.
  • Providing technical support for UiPath and Blue Prism platform and application related issues or minor change requests.

 

Required Experience/Skills/Education:

  • Having experience with the UiPath platform is a must, having experience with Pega OpenSpan, or Blueprism, platform is a plus.
  • UI Path.
  • Platform Support.
  • L1/L2 Support.
  • Cloud (AWS/ Azure).
  • Subject Matter Expert in relation to various RPA tools and functionalities and guide developers to meet the expected outcome.
  • Expertise in handling incidents via service now and troubleshooting methodology for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for different processes.
  • Expertise in handling P1 and P2 incidents.

 

Other Job Specifications:

  • Employment Type: W2 only. NO C2C, NO 1099.
  • Contracting Period: Longterm contract with potential extensions.
  • Job Location: Onsite Role (Denver, Colorado).
  • Contract Rate: Up to $50/hr. on W2.
