- Proven track record of successfully analyzing business challenges, designing and implementing solutions, and driving measurable business impact.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to dissect complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw insightful conclusions.
- Masterful communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
