We are seeking an analytically minded AI Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our technical AI solutions and business requirements by applying AI/ML technologies to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and internal business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions
• Translate complex business problems into structured frameworks that can be addressed using the AI technologies/agentic networks
• Identify, document, and refine business problems into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, which may include technical requirements
• Collaborate with the technology team to design effective machine learning Models, prompt strategies and agentic workflows that translate business requirements into optimized AI/ML solutions, ensuring intelligent automation of complex business processes
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses for potential AI implementations for Business and internal stakeholders across various disciplines
• Help Business and stakeholders understand how LLMs and Generative AI can transform their operations
• Stay up to date on LLM advancements and contribute to our cutting-edge AI/ML projects

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong academic background with an undergraduate and/or master's degree in S.T.E.M. related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience, interest, and ability to adapt to evolving technology trends and use of AI
• Proactive attitude and ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication (both oral and written) and strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skill
