We are looking for a highly experienced D365 Technical Architect with strong expertise in Dual-write integration between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). The ideal candidate will lead the technical architecture, integration, and implementation of enterprise-scale solutions, ensuring seamless data synchronization and performance across both ERP and CRM platforms. Should have strong skills in automated DevOps deployment in bundling both CE and FO and/or decoupling CE and FO in the pipeline of deployments. Desirable to know AI Agents in FO like Expense Agent that is an out of box feature in FO.

Job Summary
The Senior Technical Specialist plays a pivotal role in the conceptualization, design, and delivery of high-quality solutions within the D365 F&SCM environment. By leveraging industry-leading practices and advanced technical expertise, this role significantly contributes to project success and enhances organizational capabilities. The Senior Technical Specialist will work collaboratively with the team to ensure that solutions align with client requirements and current technological standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architect And Develop Comprehensive Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery In D365 F&Scm Using X++, Ensuring Alignment With Client Specifications And Project Objectives.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert, Providing Advanced Guidance And Insights On D365 F&Scm Functionality And Best Practices To The Development Team And Stakeholders.
3. Identify And Integrate Emerging Technologies And Trends Into Current Projects, Ensuring That Solutions Remain Innovative, Effective, And Compliant With Quality Standards.
4. Cultivate A Strong Talent Pool By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship To Team Members, Fostering Professional Development Within The Designated Technology.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Utilizing In-Depth Knowledge Of D365 F&Scm And Related Technologies To Meet Specific Business Needs.
6. Lead Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Innovative Propositions, Creating Collateral, And Conducting Market Trend Analysis To Position The Organization Competitively.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives, Advocating For Industry Best Practices In D365 F&Scm And Ensuring The Delivery Of Exceptional Client Outcomes.
