Systems Engineer

We are currently looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a reputation for exceptional service and patient care.

What you will do:
  • Manage a Nutanix virtual server environment that hosts over 7,000 critical virtual servers and desktops.
  • Manage endpoint imaging, patching and software distribution using IGEL UMS for Thin Clients and ManageEngine Endpoint Central for Workstations.
  • Manage virtualized Applications and Desktops using Citrix technologies.
  • Manage a ControlUp desktop and server monitoring platform utilizing machine learning and AI to find and resolve workstation and server performance issues.
  • Manage a complex Active Directory environment that includes Group Policy configurations and ADFS configurations for application Single Sign On.
  • Manage a complex Microsoft Exchange email platform, to include monthly patching, database failover and activation, mailbox management and application integrations.
  • Manage Workstation, Citrix XenApp, Citrix XenDesktop, and Kiosk configurations using Ivanti DesktopNow technologies for rights management, logon automation and profile settings.
  • Manage an Imprivata IDP system to control authentication behaviors for workstations, servers and applications, to include Single Sign On and Multi Factor Authentication.

What we require:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field
  • 5 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree and 2 years related experience, may be substituted for required education/experience.
