Job Summary:
The Dynamics 365 Consultant will lead and support enterprise-level implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dynamics 365 modules, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
Provide post-implementation support and training.
Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with best practices.
Required Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE).
Strong understanding of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Experience with data migration, integration tools, and Azure services.
Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus.
