Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with expertise in the pharma domain, specifically in historical commercial aspects of the business, including sales data, claims data, patient journey, patient flow, predictions, and growth models. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the oncology business, both in retail and pharmaceutical settings, and have experience working with affiliation data.
Requirements:
5 to 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Develop algorithms and AI models using Python, PySpark, and AWS Databricks to extract meaningful patterns from large datasets.
Analyze sales data and claims data to derive actionable insights that inform business strategy.
Utilize knowledge of patient journey and patient flow to create predictive models that enhance decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop growth models and strategies based on data-driven insights.
