Job Details

ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer

Location: Detroit, MI ( 2 to 3 days onsite)

10 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the HRSD module and Employee Service Center, as well as UI configuration, workflow configuration, development, and implementation of solutions in client environments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow HRSD module and Employee Service Center.
  • Configure and implement UI and workflow configurations in client environments.
  • Develop and implement web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, and Relational Databases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow HRSD.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have completed engineering or degree.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD module and Employee Service Center.
  • Experience with UI configuration, workflow configuration, development, and implementation of solutions in client environments.
  • Familiarity with web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, and Relational Databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
