Job Description:
- The Senior Business Change Manager is responsible for supporting corporate and client initiatives by applying strategy and organizational change management principles.
- This role provides thought leadership to integrate change management approaches, enhance stakeholder capacity, and improve mission outcomes.
- The position delivers training on change theories, tools, and techniques and serves as a coach to project managers, product owners, technical leads, and other change practitioners, supporting stakeholder transformation and mindset shifts.
- Partner with stakeholders to support process enhancements and key program interventions.
- Lead and guide project teams to design, develop, and implement initiatives supporting people, business, and technology change.
- Develop, deliver, and coordinate organizational change management activities including stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and culture transformation.
- Provide strategy and change management thought leadership to executives, sponsors, clients, and business owners.
- Support the integration of organizational change management into initiative methodologies and delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with training, communications, and content management partners to improve adoption and impact of change initiatives.
- Lead the annual strategy development process and maintain strong understanding of client strategic priorities and business imperatives.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to project team members and junior staff on change management best practices.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related field.
- Five years of experience in a change management role.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve complex problems.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Organizational change management leadership experience.
- Experience supporting executives, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor s degree required or an additional four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Certified Change Management Professional certification.
