Our client, provides automated, cloud-based software for financial operations, seeks an accomplished IT VMO (Vendor Management Office) Program Coordinator.

- Hybrid role: 3 days/week onsite (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday).
- Opportunity for OT with prior approval of Manager.

Description:
- Seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized IT VMO (Vendor Management Office) Program Coordinator to join our client's dynamic FinTech team.
- In this pivotal support role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our vendor management processes, acting as the right hand to the VMO Program Manager and gaining comprehensive exposure to all facets of vendor lifecycle management.
- This position offers a unique blend of meticulous administrative tasks and engaging project-based work, making it ideal for a proactive individual eager to grow their career in a fast-paced technology and finance environment.
- Data Integrity & System Management: Execute precise and repetitive tasks including data entry, system cleanup, and maintaining accurate vendor records within our VMO tools and platforms. This involves diligently tracking vendor information, contract details, performance metrics, and compliance documentation.
- Vendor & Procurement Support: Assist with various aspects of the vendor lifecycle, from initial onboarding and due diligence to ongoing performance monitoring and offboarding. You will support procurement projects by helping to gather requirements, manage documentation, and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Contract & Renewal Management: Play a key role in managing vendor contract renewals, ensuring timely communication, tracking expiration dates, and supporting the negotiation process to secure favorable terms.
- Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to the generation of regular reports on vendor performance, spending, and compliance. Help identify trends and areas for improvement within the vendor portfolio.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline VMO processes and enhance efficiency, contributing to the continuous improvement of our vendor management framework.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with various internal departments, including IT, Legal, Finance, and Procurement, to ensure alignment and adherence to vendor management policies and procedures.
- Program Manager Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and project support to the VMO Program Manager, assisting with scheduling, meeting preparation, presentation development, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
