Job Details
Title: Business Analyst
Location : Austin , TX (Onsite)
Duration : 12 months
Minimum Requirements: Must have 8 years of experience on below :
- Troubleshoots and consults on system problems and develops workable solutions.
- Develops training curricula and conducts formal training sessions cover assigned system modules.
- Designs, develops, coordinates, and conducts test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Reviews technical instructions to system users and provides feedback to business leads.Reviews completed requirements, complex project deliverables, design document plans, and provides comments to vendor application partners.
- Reviews and analysis system dual participation records.Analysis user requirements from both state agency and local agency staff and communicates testing requirements, training, and feedback to business leads for enhancements to production.
- Consults and escalates project decisions to the business lead for final decisions and approval of complex project deliverables.Proactively identifies potential project risks and provides strategies for mitigation to the business leads.
- Track progress to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.Develop and complete test plans to validate solutions.
- Provides quality customer service to external and internal customers by prompt responses to inquiries, taking the initiative to solve problems, exercising flexibility, and seek improvements the advanced planning and business processes.
- Provides guidance and explains processes to interested groups and team members.Provides quality customer service by responding to all inquiries and requests promptly.Reviews Sprint summary reports.
PREFERRED :
State WIC or WIC Local Agency experience .
