Job Details

  • Design and architect enterprise and data center network solutions

  • Lead implementation of Aruba switching and wireless solutions

  • Advanced configuration and optimization of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)

  • Design, implement, and manage firewall solutions (security policies, VPNs, HA)

  • Perform root cause analysis for major network outages and performance issues

  • Lead network migrations, upgrades, and capacity planning

  • Review and approve network design documents and low-level designs (LLD)

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to L2/L3 engineers

  • Work closely with vendors and OEMs for escalations and solution design

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 12 years of experience in enterprise or service provider networks

  • Deep expertise in Aruba switching, routing, and wireless (APs & Controllers)

  • Strong hands-on experience with firewalls and network security

  • Expert knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security architecture

  • Experience in high-availability, redundancy, and failover designs

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications

  • Aruba Certified Expert (ACE) or Aruba Certified Design Professional

  • CCIE (Enterprise / Security) or equivalent

  • Firewall certifications (Palo Alto / Fortinet / Check Point preferred)
