Title POS Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for POS hardware and software across retail or hospitality environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS terminals, peripherals (printers, scanners, card readers), and connectivity.
- Configure and deploy POS systems for new store openings or system upgrades.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with POS software installations, updates, and patch management.
- Train store personnel and other end-users on POS functionalities and procedures.
- Maintain documentation for support processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor POS system performance and ensure high availability.
- Participate in system testing, data migration, and rollout activities.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS) in POS operations.
