Immediate need for a talented TAX-Seasonal Specialist. This is a 06-12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S.(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID:24-08875 Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Candidate level will be determined post-interview, so keep that in mind when submitting candidates.
  • Most candidates fall under the Specialist level.
  • CPA license is not a requirement for these roles; however, if a candidate currently has a CPA license (or has ever held one in the past) the license must be active to be considered for this effort.
  • Please ensure the CPA licenses are verified as active by your team prior to submittal.
  • CPA licenses should also be verified by your team as part of the BI clearance process.
  • Please provide the CPA Screening questions in the comments section of each submittal.
  • Active PTIN is also required to start assignment
  • RTR to be uploaded with each candidate submittal that outlines the specific JP ID, time, date, and candidate acknowledgment.
  • The acknowledgement letter (attached) can be used by your team once candidate is offered to secure contractor for the season.
  • This is to be filled out by you and signed by the contractor, it does not need to be returned to us.
  • The letter is used to signify an upcoming contract and outlines the completion payment, and our hope is that it helps to prevent early fall-off.
  • After successful completion of the assignment, contractors may be eligible to receive a one-time completion payment.
  • This payment will be $2,000 flat entered as a miscellaneous invoice and is inclusive of any taxes/fees.
  • We will only accept 25 submittals at a time, please submit your top 25 candidates for review.
  • If additional resumes are needed after the review, we will ask you to submit more profiles via FG chat.
  • Candidate feedback and questions will be communicated via FG chat.
  • Please note that feedback may delayed depending on the volume of resumes we are receiving.
  • The Corporate needs are just about filled, our biggest need is with the Passthrough opportunities.
  • Solid experience reviewing state & local tax returns, we are not looking for preparers.
  • Investment Management experience.
  • Experience with large public accounting firms is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Funds, K1, Partnership returns.
  • Hedge funds experience; Mutual funds, funds to funds experience is helpful to have.
