Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Project Manager (PMP Certification Preferred) and PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultant Location: Remote with possible travel onsite

Duration: Long term

Project Overview:

Our federal client has implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) through PeopleSoft 9.2 with People Tools 8.6 and PUM version 50. The system includes the following modules: Financials, eProcurement, e Supplier, and Supplier Contract Management. Since its initial launch, the ERP system has undergone multiple upgrades and ongoing configuration efforts, resulting in some complexity.

Scope of Work:

The goal is to assess and analyze the effectiveness of the current system and to discover and document the existing ERP configuration. Specifically, this effort requires documentation describing what data is being recorded in the General Ledger (GL) and Commitment Control (KK) subledger, as well as all configurations currently in effect.

This discovery and documentation project have four main objectives:

  1. Provide a comprehensive, written functional and technical description of the client's current ERP configurations
  2. Offer a detailed flow of its federal and donated transactions
  3. Conduct a pain point analysis
  4. Offer potential options with the pros and cons on ideal future states and the potential roadmap
