Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain dashboards, granular reports that support decision-making and operational performance.

Perform specific analyses to answer business questions as needed.

Identify what needs tracking and measuring across the funnel, including gaps in data and inconsistencies.

Perform extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) of data from multiple systems and databases to compile and analyze.

Ensure data definitions and calculations are consistent and accurate across systems.

Automate reporting tasks to produce daily and weekly reports.

Partner with stakeholders across Field team, Operations, and FP& A to identify and track metrics, and KPIs.

Provide insights to improve conversion rates at every funnel milestone.

Ensures data quality, data accuracy, and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in a data analyst, data quality, or business intelligence role

Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases

Expertise in SQL Server, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik), and data visualization

The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use the information to solve problems.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure reports are correct.

Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of projects.

Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and evolving environment.

Must be extremely responsive, adaptable, and result-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
