Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Copilot Lead Consultant to spearhead the implementation of Microsoft Copilot within our organization.
  • This role demands deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure OpenAI integration, and hands-on experience with Copilot deployments.
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead, ensuring seamless configuration, integration, and governance alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Configure and deploy Copilot services within Clients Microsoft 365 tenant.
  • Integrate Copilot with Azure OpenAI and ensure secure, scalable architecture.
  • Collaborate with Purview governance teams to align data compliance and security.
  • Drive user enablement and adoption strategies using Microsoft s Service Adoption framework.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Copilot usage.
  • Deliver training and change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure OpenAI integration.
  • 1 year experience deploying Microsoft Copilot in enterprise environments.
  • Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Purview and data governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3 years experience in AI-driven productivity tools and enterprise change management.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, and other M365 services.
  • Agile project management experience or certification.
  • Be at the forefront of AI transformation in the workplace.
  • Collaborate with innovative teams and cutting-edge technologies.
