Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant---REMOTE

Job Title: Oracle Recruiting Cloud Consultant
Location: Onshore/Remote
Contract Duration: 12+ months

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions to implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions
- Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet organizational needs, including setting up job requisitions, candidate selection processes, and job offers
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement recruitment processes and workflows
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
- Develop and maintain documentation of recruitment processes and configurations
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 full life cycle implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud*
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and workflows
- 10+ years of Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and lead workshops and meetings
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Taleo Recruiting Cloud Service
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM or Oracle Recruiting Cloud
