RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Bedford, MA.
Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Product Owner, where you will drive the development of impactful digital solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape product vision, translate features into actionable user stories, and guide cross-functional teams through Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define and manage product backlogs aligned with business goals
* Write clear user stories with detailed requirements and acceptance criteria
* Partner with UI/UX teams to integrate customer feedback
* Ensure timely sprint delivery and manage scope changes
* Act as SME, contributing to solution design and validation activities
* Collaborate across the Omnipod ecosystem to ensure cohesive delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
* 3+ years in Agile environments as a Product Owner
* Familiarity with SFDC CRM/Communities, Jira, Confluence, Miro
* Experience in cross-functional, global teams
* Strong communicator with organizational agility
* Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings
* Passion for continuous improvement and team empowerment
* Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
