Title: Application Programmer

Location:Charlotte,NC
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$45.08-$64.40/Hrs

Description
Responsible for software development, integration, customization, and support.
Work closely with an agile team for new development projects.
Collaborate with analysts and business lines to understand and deliver new requirements.
Utilize technical documentation and community resources to build prototypes.
Support the development of user guides for projects and enhancements.
Analyze, debug, and update application logic and documentation as needed.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, security, and privacy in collaboration with other teams.

Key Responsibilities
Break down requirements into work units for solution delivery.
Perform hands-on development, debugging, and testing of applications.
Coordinate with various teams for project success.
Identify and articulate risks during development and deployment.
Conduct root cause analysis on production issues.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in development, configuration, and documentation.
Experience in designing and implementing solutions for process simplification and case management.
Exceptional knowledge of development fundamentals and architecture components.
Experience with database design and business integration deployment.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
