Project Description

ATS Replacement

 

  • Replacing three tools with 1
    • Implementing SAP SuccessFactor
    • New ATS = application tracking system
    • Integration is the key part and why they are hiring
      • 3 use cases:
      • Use case 1: Ensure automatic email notification are successfully delivered to Ross recipients by listing SAP VMTA in our inbound Proofpoint email security (POD)
      • Use case 2: Enable email authentication to support email campaign - Email sent from SAP will spoof @ros.com domain as sender, this will require deploying SPF/DKIM DNS records
      • Use case 3: Enable API-based email integration to send automatic job notification using SendMail Graph API (more discovery required)

Duties/Day to Day Overview

  • Assess non-prod and prod Exchange environment readiness for enabling email integration with SAP SuccessFactor
  • Perform Exchange-related tasks such as advanced research, solution technical design planning, building, and testing all required integration components such as Proofpoint email security gateway, MS Graph API connection and email authentication implementation
  • Collaborate with other project team members by engaging in meetings and technical working sessions
  • Collaborate with Vendor (SAP) for integration work
  • Change Order (CO) request management for Exchange related changes
  • Develop design, implementation, support, and other necessary technical documentations
  • Email integration using API based connectivity

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

  • Senior-level experience with Microsoft Enterprise Message Exchange Online
  • Exchange online with background in cloud app integration
  • Led enterprise implementation, managed, and engineered exchange online with in large-scale environment (10,000 + mailboxes)
  • Experience with exchange online hybrid
  • Understands how all flavors of how email exchanges work
  • Experience with cloud app integration
  • Sap Successfactor
  • Understands email authentication technologies (how and when to use them, what are the differences)
    • Decon SPF, DMARC, DKIM
  • Experience working with 3rd party or email security systems
    • Understands email exchange online security features
