Job Details

This position is responsible for the Digital Product administration and support activities for the Marketing Automation systems (Marketo) supporting our North American businesses. The Marketing Automation Product Manager provides support for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Product Roadmap Define and prioritize enhancements to the Marketing Automation platform based on North American business needs and priorities.
  • Manage Delegated Environment Provide central coordination, administration, and support for delegated users around the world.
  • Manage relationship with platform provider(s) including Adobe Marketo for day to day business operations.
  • Manage and provision user licenses and permissions.
  • Coordinate with IT for ongoing system support and enhancements.
  • Serve as the business lead for system integrations with Marketo.
  • Develop business requirements document for Marketing Automation enhancement initiatives, soliciting input from key stakeholders.
  • Create and govern archive and records-retention policies in accordance with compliance standards in each market.
  • Training Provide new user onboarding, and re training on the Marketo tool.
  • Consistency and re-usability ensure that the Marketo capabilities are managed as a shared service.
  • Create a community of delegated Marketo users, share updates on outages, maintenance, upgrades and newly introduced features and functionality.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with Marketo regarding support issues.
  • Identify and share best practices across the community of delegated users.
  • Help Desk provide help desk style support to community of delegated Marketo users.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems, experience with Marketo strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with Marketo/Salesforce integration
  • Service Model administration.

  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications (MCE).
