Systems Analyst 3

This is advanced technical services work involving the analysis, design, development, and implementation of diverse, enterprise-wide application systems

Responsibilities include researching and analyzing business needs, formulating and defining system scope and objectives, and designing systems and/or enhancements to existing systems capable of fully meeting business needs and objectives. The ideal candidate will understand all aspects of application and system analysis, to formulate solutions to complex business problems using automation technology and preparing system design plans and detailed specifications to facilitate the development and implementation of application systems.

1) Project Governance - Stakeholder Engagement

2) Organizational Change Management

3) Project coordination - Multiple Application Teams

4) Design Technical Plans and Coordinate Deployments of 1115 Reentry Waiver & Consilidated Appropriations Act 2023 5121.
