Position Responsibilities:
- Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards
- Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests
- Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
- Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules
- Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry
- Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders
- Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels
- Collaborates with architects, process owners, subject matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategies
- Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality data designs
- Communication and leadership to guide business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams regarding decision justification through challenging data definition, data mapping, validation and cutover activities
- Validate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabled
- Extract business data for migration to S/4 HANA from legacy systems
- Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops with application owners and stakeholders
- Advise stakeholders on data integration and solution options
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years' experience in ERP data architecture and implementation
- Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS-G.
- Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 Hana
