Role: IAM - Access Review Analyst
Location: Philadelphia, PA Hybrid - 19192
Contract

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management tools such as Saviynt, including entitlement management and Role-Based Access Controls.
• 5+ years of experience with SOX/SOC1/SOC2 audit controls and compliance to ensure effective access reviews and regulatory adherence.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and validation in Identity Access Reviews.

Duties:

• The Access Review Analyst will be responsible for the execution and Quality Assurance of Identity Access Reviews and Entitlement Management.
• Access Controls are operated to enforce the principal of Least Privilege and meet stringent regulatory requirements.
• These controls are tested by external auditors for accuracy and completeness which requires flawless and consistent execution.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Performing Quality Assurance over end-to-end Identity Access Reviews
• Identify control gaps and driving sufficient remediation plans
• Validate input and output of Identity Access Reviews
• Consolidate and present control evidence to internal and external auditors
• Work among various teams with IAM department and be able to analyze and articulate user access review data
• Collaborate with application and tool implementation teams on daily basis

Job Specific Core Competencies:

• Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management tools such as Saviynt
• Experience with application entitlements and Role Based Access Controls
• Knowledge/Experience in SOX/SOC1/SOC2 Controls with Audit experience
• Effective and appropriate communication skills for working with both technical teams and business end users
• Proficient with utilization of Microsoft Excel formulas
• Experience writing and using SQL Queries
• Basic experience working in the fields of Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management
