HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harborsis looking for a System Implementation Manager tojoin their safety conscious team! The System Implementation Manager is responsible for the implementation and training of interdepartmental staff, new hires and the Maintenance organization. Responsibilities include acquisition support, application support, maintaining and sustaining the Asset management systems. Identify potential improvement opportunities with Asset Management Systems and develop, implement and improve the process for long term maintenance planning and scheduling within company locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines which system enhancements are warranted and determines the scope, specifications and validates the need through system testing as well as quality control processes
  • Manages maintenance data collection and information gathering to effectively provide planned maintenance processes in the future
  • Supervises business user testing scenarios for the applications; Distributes, communicates and tracks updates to the system applications
  • Launches system enhancements with details to the field to ensure full use of the system and supports tech support issues, making decisions on what to escalate
  • Supervises the integration of new applications, processes and procedures
  • Liaison for communication regarding updates and support for asset management organization and field staff
  • Provides training to interdepartmental staff and new hires on the process flow of the systems, its applications and tracks improvements; Creates and modifies training documents and modules for Asset Management; Monitors, measures and evaluates the effectiveness of training sessions and programs
  • Develops and implements KPI reports and optimizes the AM process by tracking KPI performance of each location
  • Monitors company-wide compliance with policies and procedures as they relate to regulatory inspections and PM tracking within with the organization
  • Makes suggestions to executive staff on how to reduce cost in relation to procedure and process flow
  • Other Duties as Assigned




QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree- Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Related, Required
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years- Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
  • Driver's License, Required
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work with, communicate and influence all levels of management
  • High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
  • Flexible and able to handle and manage change
  • Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and management
  • Understands leadership development
  • Understands the resources available from onsite and offsite suppliers for the planned maintenance
  • Ability to create actionable items from data and information
  • Strategic planning, coupled with tactical execution
  • Understanding of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and LiveMeeting
  • Ability to maintain many ongoing projects
  • Knowledge of fleet maintenance systems and processes
  • Fleet Maintenance experience
  • Able to apply standards and processes that maintain regulatory compliance
  • Experience in the following programs is preferred: Oracle, Salesforce, WINWEB, Radius, SAP, UKG or Kronos
