We are seeking a talented Senior Integration Engineer with expertise in REST, Java, and AWS to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex integration projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to build scalable and resilient solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs and integration solutions to facilitate seamless communication between different systems and applications.
2. Architect and implement cloud-native integration solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and DynamoDB.
3. Develop and maintain Java-based integration components, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and design robust integration solutions.
5. Implement and configure API management platforms and tools to monitor, secure, and analyze API traffic and performance.
6. Develop and maintain documentation for integration architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications.
7. Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members to promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in integration engineering, RESTful API design, Java development, and AWS services.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations for integration strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in integration engineering or software development, with a focus on RESTful APIs, Java, and AWS.
3. Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot or JAX-RS.
4. Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and IAM.
5. Strong understanding of integration patterns, messaging protocols, and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML).
6. Experience with message queueing systems (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ) and event-driven architectures.
7. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and implement effective solutions.
9. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
10. AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
