Description

This position is contingent upon award news expected November of 2025. Work will be performed onsite in Pascagoula, MS. Must be local to the area.
Duties:
- Manage the planning and execution of the stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for USCG Polar Support Cutter C5ISR systems.
- Ensure Test Procedures comply with contract requirements including required quality reviews.
- Establish methodical process for development of test procedures in accordance with MIL STD 2106
- Communicate all key test program plans, commitments, and changes
- Assess systems status to support formal testing through Test Readiness Reviews.
- Ensure all required General Purpose and Special Purpose test equipment are on hand, calibrated and available for scheduled tests.
- Lead test procedure development and execution across cross-functional teams
- Adhere change control processes for all test related CDRLs, data, and reports.
- Ensure any test failure is documented, risks and impacts to project plan identified, and propose solutions.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks and remove obstacles to program requirements.
- Perform of root cause analysis with technical team to ensure issues do not recur.
- Communicate plans and status, and escalate issues as required.
- Works with the cross functional managers to identify potential testing improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the role, including a clearly defined requirements hand off process between teams.

Requirements:
- Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience with Naval or related electronics and communications equipment and system
- Active Secret clearance.
- Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) - IA Level II - Security+ certification, or CISSP or equivalent.
- Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures
- Valid US Passport
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Five (5) years as manager of Naval or related electronics and communications equipment and systems to include supervision project personnel, scheduling work, and equipment and material logistics control.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office.
- Proficient Soft Skills for engaging with individuals in person, on phone and in written mediums.
- Previous test director experience with C4ISR or C5ISR.
- Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing C5ISR industrial shipboard testing procedures.
- Specific experience with shipboard Communication Cabinets, Gyrocompass Systems, Integrated Bridge Systems, Interior Communications (Alarms, Safety, Warning Systems), Military enhanced Global Positioning System, Navigation Data Distribution Systems, Unclass LAN, SIPRNET, and Surface Search Radar is highly desirable.
