The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.

Join a high-impact team supporting a suite of enterprise applications for a global organization. We're looking for a .NET Application Support Engineer to serve as the primary US-based point of contact, collaborating closely with an offshore support team in India.
What You'll Do
- Represent the US team and develop a deep understanding of the existing application codebase.
- Partner daily with offshore engineers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of business-critical applications.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Implement minor enhancements with a focus on stability and issue resolution.
- Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and global teams.
- Participate in code reviews and promote best practices for support and maintenance.
What You Bring
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with RESTful services, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Git.
- Proficiency in web API development, cloud technologies (AWS), and basic understanding of Terraform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex, existing codebases.
- Bonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RxJS.
