Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a content strategy that supports business objectives and enhances brand reputation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, corporate communications, sustainability, and digital teams to gather requirements and align messaging.

Plan, create, and optimize content for various platforms (web, intranet, social, email, reports, etc.).

Conduct content audits and gap analyses to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance.

Apply SEO and analytics best practices to improve engagement and reach.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.

Manage editorial calendars and workflows for content production and review.

Support storytelling initiatives that highlight customer innovation, sustainability efforts, and employee experiences.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in content strategy, digital content management, or related roles.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager).
