Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Power Platform Developer to join our team and drive impactful data solutions. This role will focus on developing interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, onboarding and training end users, and leveraging additional visualization tools such as Tableau and SSRS. Candidates with a Power BI Data Analyst Certification are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
  • Train and support end users to ensure adoption and effective use of Power BI solutions.
  • Utilize tools such as Tableau, SSRS, and Azure to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Challenge the status quo by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Azure.
  • Experience with SSRS and/or Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and DAX.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
  • Power BI Data Analyst Certification (PL-300 or equivalent).

Experience Level:

Intermediate (3-5 years of relevant experience)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
