Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, systems-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. They should hate recurring meetings and be obsessed with shipping new processes that are adopted by 50% of the audience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex cross-functional challenges, streamlining operational processes, and enabling teams to execute with clarity and efficiency. The Operations Manager will also participate in a WhatsApp-based Business Operations Peer Group, a collaborative community of operations leaders focused on continuous learning, shared problem-solving, and leadership development.
Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations.
  • Proficiency in analytical and computational skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with process design and automation.
Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Operations & Strategy.
    • Drive cross-functional alignment with corporate strategy, vision, and operating principles.
    • Support strategic planning cycles, including annual planning and multi-year roadmaps.
    • Facilitate the translation of strategy into actionable team goals and milestones (OKRs).
    • Maintain operational rhythms (e.g., planning cadences, performance reviews).
  • Business Operations Execution.
    • Identify automation and tooling opportunities to drive internal efficiency.
    • Own and improve internal business operations processes such as:
      • Procurement, contract/vendor management, and admin systems.
      • Project and program management for critical initiatives.
      • Internal decision-making frameworks and governance protocols.
    • Lead OKR tracking, team coordination, and reporting efforts.
  • Revenue Operations Partnership.
    • Collaborate with Revenue and GTM teams to:
      • Automation & Tooling: Optimize the internal tech stack to create operational efficiencies and reduce manual overhead.
      • Improve sales and customer success workflows.
      • Manage the RevOps tech stack (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
      • Deliver analytics to inform pipeline, retention, and revenue strategies.
  • Product & Customer Operations.
    • Support Product teams with tooling, data, and programmatic infrastructure.
    • Collaborate on product development life cycle, process optimization, and delivery.
    • Ensure seamless handoff and communication between Product, GTM, and Customer Operations.
  • People Operations & Enablement.
    • Partner with People Ops and functional leaders to drive:
      • Organizational structure reviews and role clarity.
      • Employee experience programs and internal communication.
      • Performance review process and talent development initiatives.
    • Use operational data to identify trends and opportunities across the organization.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 4 7 years of experience in Business, Strategy, or Operations roles (e.g., BizOps, RevOps, Program Management, or similar).
  • Strong project management, analytical thinking, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience working in high-growth environments and collaborating across departments.
  • Comfortable managing tools and systems, from planning platforms to productivity suites.
  • Familiarity with OKRs, operational cadences, and team enablement practices.
  • Skills (level of proficiency):
    • Computer proficient in using Microsoft (Word & Excel) on a Microsoft or iOS platform, Google Suite, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Outlook.
    • Organization maintaining tasks and objects in a logical arrangement so they are easily located and prioritized.
    • Problem-solving discovering, analyzing, and fixing issues that need attention.
    • Time Management sets priorities, creates SMART goals for self and team, and manages it all appropriately for success.
  • Abilities (capable of performing):
    • Be efficient at multitasking and be able to prioritize and manage projects from concept to completion.
    • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, know how to solve problems, and execute in a timely fashion.
    • Ability to be empathetic to the needs of employees, management, and the company's best interests.
    • Collaborative team member.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
