We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to join our data engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines to support data integration, transformation, and loading across a variety of business systems. You will work closely with data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, availability, and reliability of enterprise data.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes

Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineers to implement best practices for data integration and data quality

Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation

Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot any issues with data quality or pipeline failures

Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data mappings

Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes in a collaborative team environment

Monitor and maintain production ETL jobs to ensure high availability and reliability

3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development using any modern ETL tool (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache NiFi, etc.)

Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)

Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell for workflow automation

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-based data services is a plus

Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data governance principles

Experience working with large datasets and performance tuning of ETL jobs

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience with cloud ETL tools (e.g., AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Dataflow)

Knowledge of data cataloging, data quality, or metadata management tools

Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
